Career Highlights

Attorney Royer has represented thousands of clients over the span of 20 years and has appeared before dozens of judges in Adams, Cumberland, Franklin and York counties, among others. Additionally, he has argued in multiple Maryland counties, as well as federal court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
